About
Rosalyn Lee is a teacher and an artist. She grew up in the Bay Area loving sports, dance, photography, nature and most of all adventures. After completing a double BFA in Photography and Graphics Arts from Cal State East bay she decided to leave and travel the world. She then became a well known photographer for musicians, bands and festivals. During one of her tours on the road her life drastically changed after suffering from a knee injury. For years she suffered from chronic pain and was looking to get surgery when her path changed. What seemed to be a misfortune, turned into one of the biggest blessings of her life, she found Yoga. A yoga practice that helped her not only heal her body, but find a deeper love and openness in her heart, and a calmness in her mind.
After finding her love for yoga, she decided to begin her training in Los Angeles at YogaWorks studying with her favorite teachers Patty Asad and John Gaydos. She then decided to take her training deeper by completing the YogaWorks kids Yoga Program, The Mindful Fitness BarWorks Program, Scultpwork Program. She continued her fitness education and became a certified Aerial Yoga teacher, Barre3 instructor, fully Comprehensive Pilates certified Instructor. Her passion for strength and flying flow lead her to create her own Aerial Barre Program. She is so grateful that she has found a perfect balance between her two loves, fitness and photography. Which has led her to her deeper calling - to inspire, to help, and to heal others.
By fusing different aspects of her life she has created fun, lighthearted, and effective learning environments. Where movement and healing unite the mind, body, and soul.

I have been going to Rosalyn’s Barre3 classes for over a year now and I have without a doubt been getting stronger over time. Rosalyn has me break a sweat during the warm up! As she continues mid-class to floor work she’ll incorporate various exercises that tire out my muscles, but also make them shake rigorously. Shaking is definitely a sign that I know my muscles are growing and getting stronger. My heart rate always reaches in the 130 to 140 beats per minute during her classes, which allow me to reach peak heart rate levels exceeding the fat burn and cardio zones. I achieve awesome calorie loss and feel so good after each sweat session! I highly recommend Rosalyn as a fitness instructor! It is evident that she has a passion for improving people’s health and wellness. Not only is she a down-to earth, caring, and creative person, but she is also a flexible, strong, and graceful athlete!
